How long does shipping take for custom team jerseys?
Custom team jerseys typically take 2-3 weeks for production plus shipping time. Standard in-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy on hockey skates?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused skates in their original packaging. Please note that skates that have been sharpened or heat-molded are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping outside of the USA?
Yes, we ship our hockey equipment worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
How do I know what size hockey stick to buy?
Stick size depends on the player's height and weight. As a general rule, the stick should reach the player's nose when they are in shoes, or their chin when they are on skates.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
